I just found out that my 15 month little boy is highly allergic to both egg yolk and egg white. Anyone know of good cookbooks that have egg free recipes?

I have used an egg replacer recipe one or two times when baking muffins (I do not have an allergy but sometimes don't get to the store!). I have not noticed a difference when baking.
1 1/2 T. water
1 1/2 T. oil
1 tsp. baking powder
Combine all and mix well. Use in cookies, cakes, muffins, pancakes, etc.

Try enerG brand egg replacer. This is what the vegan's in my family use. It truly works wonderfully in many regular recipes. www.ener-g.com

I googled egg-free recipes and found too many to list here. Try a google search and you can print out the ones that you think will work for your family.

I don't have any specific cookbook titles for you, only a suggestion. When you start looking for cookbooks, you'll have to stay with vegan ones since vegans eat no animal products whatsoever. It will also take some time to learn to cook differently since eggs are such a part of American cooking.

I don't have a cookbook to recommend, but my son is also allergic and we use Ener-G egg replacer in many dishes. You can get it at Whole Foods and it's mostly potato starch. It works well when you need an egg in a recipe for binding purposes (like in a lasagna mixture, or banana bread or something). There are actually recipes on the box for things like quiches, but that seems like its pushing it a little :-) I've had good success just using that in place of eggs in baking. Don't know if you're a box cake person, but many of those mixes don't have egg in the mix and you can use the Ener-G to mix up some cupcakes for a quick special treat.

My son is also highly allergic to eggs and we use EnerG egg Replacer. We don't have a Whole Foods store where I live but they carry it at a local health food store.

When I am looking for a new cookbook, I search on Amazon.com and read user reviews of the cookbooks. They've generally been spot-on for my needs.

Have you heard of Ener-G Egg Replacer? It's what my friend uses when she bakes for her daughter who is allergic to eggs. I know you can find it at Whole Foods and online; you'd have to check other stores like Wal-mart or your local grocery store.

I'm also allergic to eggs. What I do is just replace the egg in recipes with applesauce. I bake cakes, pancakes, cornbread, and much more just by replacing the egg with applesauce. I usually keep the individual servings of applesauce cups on hand and then just open one and add to recipe. It doesn't change the taste.

My grandson has egg allergies but he can tolerate duck eggs. I researched online and found out that duck or quail eggs have a different molecular structure versus chicken eggs and could be a viable alternative. Typically, you can find these eggs in Asian stores or via online specialty stores. I order them online. He has so many allergies that it really helped to be able to add eggs back in to his diet. Duck eggs are very close in size to chicken eggs and are a little richer. Good luck to you!

You might also try some vegan (all-animal-product free) cookbooks; Vegan Yum Yum has incredible and easy recipes, Veganomicon is also a fantastic cookbook, and I also really like a lot -- a LOT -- in The Voluptuous Vegan (especially their desserts ... yum ...) even though I'm not even vegetarian anymore.

I don't know of a recipe book that can help you but I do know of a website that is awesome and you'll find all kinds of recipes. You can even start your own egg free group if you can't find one and other's needing the same typr of foods will join you and post recipes. Here's the website...
