I have had a raw diet for a long time, it does take some getting creative. I do have some great idea's, I would love to share many of things we can do to live healthier in a very toxic envirorment. email, ____@____.com I have very good articales to forward to you. Green harverst and storage of our healthy foods is a huge concern..... Some people are not made up to be vegan's, some need meats. It's all part of our dna. Let's share more through email or the phone.
Love ya S.

J., I have been transitioning into vegan since the last part of January (BTW, what does it mean to be a "clean" vegan?). It's been really fun so far, learning to cook and bake in a new way. It's been a bit more frustrating at times trying to eat out. I've always loved eating out. We do it less now, which is fine because I'm really enjoying the new cooking. But when I do go out, it's hard.

I do have one problem and I'm wondering if you've heard of this. My mouth has a sensitivity to most raw fruits, some raw veggies, and some nuts (raw or cooked). Since I'm eating more of that stuff now, I'm having a harder time with it. My tongue stings a lot as a result of my food. Other than that I feel so good. Have you heard of this? I can't find anything on it.

Hi J.,

After reading the book "Skinny B------s", I have recently started trying to avoid meat of any kind. Today is my 8th day without meat/poultry. I do however still eat seafood & dairy. I tried to give up dairy, but that was insane! I tried soy & almond milk, neither cutting it in both cereal & coffee. Any suggestions? Do you do dairy as well? How about seafood? I haven't experienced with any recipes yet, as I am totally hanging on by a thread & just trying to get by. The idea of eating meat after reading the book repulsed me, but the vision is wearing off & I find myself wanting to eat it again. I am ignoring the craving and trying to continue on, but one never knows. It's very hard! How long have you been doing it?
