Has anyone ever been to an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor in the Mesa/Tempe area? I don't know anyone that has and I am in need of one. About 6 months ago I started getting Headaches. The doctors kept giving me different drugs. Finally, I went to a Nuerologist that told me it wasn't in my brain. Then I realized it was in my sinuses. My nose has been running for about that long and I had a sinus infection about the same time it started. When I tried to do a nasal cleaning (nettie pot/salt solution) it went into my ears and my ears hurt for a few days, but now it's back into my head again. Is there another type of sinus cleaning I can do besides the water/salt solution? Any advice is welcomed.

What can I do next?

Hi,
I went to Dr. Hurley. I thought he was a thorough, caring doc. His office is on Southern right at the Mesa/Tempe border. He is a little harder to get an appointment with now, but maybe it's better since the snowbirds have gone home.
Thanks,
E.

Hi C.,

I'm sorry to hear about your sinus/headache issues. Having had allergies nearly my whole life, I know what that can be like. Unfortunately, most allopathic doctors will only prescribe medication. I had to switch to holistic doctors to resolve my health issues (and I had many). Acupuncture got rid of most of my health issues, including chronic allergies. I am currently using a holistic allergist and Naturopath to resolve my food allergies. What no medical doctor could do for me in 30 years, I was able to achieve in only one year of going to acupuncture and changing my diet. AMAZING!!! :)

Feel free to visit my resource center for a list of holistic doctors: http://healthyhabits.ws/resources-az.htm

Best of luck to you! :)

We took our daughter to John Raines (333 East Virginia Avenue, Suite 101, Phoenix, Arizona 85004: Phone ###-###-####) He is a wonderful doctor and he does treat adults. I would see him myself if I needed an ENT.
Which ever doctor you decide to see, make sure you check them out on the Arizona Board of Medical Examiners website. If they are a D.O. there is a link for them as well. Best of luck to you.
