Okay, so I'm trying to decide b/w two doctors for my newborn son. I have decided to go w/ Fort Worth Pediatrics and have narrowed it down to two doctors. Have anyone used Dr Steven Senevey at the Merrimac FW Pediatrics location, and if so, do you like him? Pros and cons of him or his office? Or has anyone used Dr Walter Halpenny at the Southwest FW Pediatrics location, and if so, do you like him? Pros or cons of him or his office? Thanks in advance!

We normally see Dr. Worsley at the SW office. We love him. He interacts well with the kiddos. We saw Dr. Halpenny while in the hospital when my son was a newborn. He was nice. We have also seen Dr. Hayward at a weekend and after hours situation. She was very helpful. At this point I waould say almost any doctor in the FWP practice would be great.

We have been going to Dr. Friedman for almost 12 years but we see Dr. Senevey when Dr. Friedman is out or on vacation. We love them, go for Senevey!

My son's pediatrician is Dr. Halpenny and we are very happy with our choice. I have been around Fort Worth Pediatrics since they were located on Terrell Ave. in Fort Worth (I was a patient and my mom worked in their office). When we were looking for a pediatrician I asked my mom which doctor she prefered from those she worked with years ago. Her first choice was Halpenny. Several friends of mine also see docs at FWP and any time they encounter Halpenny they mention how knowledgable and thorough he is. He has been that and more to my son and me; very friendly to both of us and straightforward with myself and my husband with his assessment. Truly, I think you cannot go wrong with any of the doctors associated with this practice.

My neice used to see Dr. Senevey and my son has been seen once by Dr. Halpenny. He normally sees Dr. Lisa Guthrie at the SW location. She is wonderful. Dr. Halpenny was nice. I never met Dr. Senevey but my SIL said he was wonderful with my neice. The office at the SW location is very nice. Very kid friendly and such. There is a "playground" inside and several things for kids to stay entertained while waiting. They are normally very quick to get you in too. Hope this helps some.

Fort Worth Pediatrics is great. We use their office on Merrimac Circle. All of the 5 doctors in the practice are great (Dr's Murphy, Elliott, Crawford, Friedman & Senevey). Merrimac is the location for the night clinic. We use Dr. Murphy (and love him) but have seen Dr. Senevey for a night sick visit once. We had a really good experience with Dr. Senevey and would see him again in a heartbeat. We feel the same about all of the Doctors at Merrimac.

I think you'll be happy with either choice. Good luck in your search!!
