Can anyone recommend a good doula in the South Bay area? I would be delivering at Torrance Memorial. Thanks in advance!

What can I do next?

I had a wonderful night time nanny that is also a doula (though I only used her as a night nanny) with my second child. I recommended her to a few friends some living in W. LA, others in Pasadena and some in Calabasas. She drove to them all and was a life saver.

With my first, for a doula ONLY (no nights) and helps with birth, breastfeeding and mommy care after birth, etc I used the Lola guide and found a wonderful woman...though I forget her name.

A good suggestion is the Chapman Center ###-###-####

I second Rena Ward. She was our doula and was so helpful and supportive. I don't know what we would have done without her.
