But then again we had sex and he didn't pull out and I haven't took the pill, will I get pregnant?...

Why are you on the Mini pill if you don't want a child? That's the lowest form of birth control. If you aren't super responsible with it( which sounds like you aren't from what you've posted) then the likelihood is that yes- you could be pregnant.

For regular pills you have to take them every day, at the same time, and they aren't effective until the second month. So pretty much you have not been using any form of birth control forever so yeah, you could be pregnant.

Considering how incoherent this post is and your inability to read simple instructions on your birth control pills I really really hope you are not pregnant because you just shouldn't.

Oh good Lord. The answer is yes, you can get pregnant on it. Quite easily, actually. I have an 11-year-old son as proof of that. It's not a very effective form of birth control at all, and that's if you take it every day at the same time - which is of course what the instructions very clearly say and probably what your healthcare provider told you as well. If you take it like you have been (skipping days, etc.) you might as well not take it at all because it's not going to work.

If you're on the mini-pill, presumably you recently had a child? So you know how reproduction works? If not, please get yourself a crash course in contraception, pronto. Your own doc is a good resource, or Planned Parenthood. You basically aren't using birth control at all right now. If you aren't looking to become pregnant, stop having sex until you sort out how to use birth control properly.

Did you have sex?
Then yes, you can be pregnant. It doesn't matter what pill or condom or lucky charm you held between your teeth. If you have sex, you can be pregnant. So if you're too young or uneducated or not financially stabile or in a committed (i.e., married) relationship, please don't have sex and accidentally bring a child into this world.

Well, if anyone needs some education about birth control, it's you. You need to go to the doctor (or Planned Parenthood) and talk to them about the daily bleeding, your pill, how you've been using it, everything. Hopefully you aren't pregnant, but you're going to be if you keep this up.

Birth control pills do not work if you don't take them every day. And you need to take them the same time of the day, too.

I don't know why your doctor gave you the mini pill, but just because he or she gave it to you doesn't mean that it is the right one for you. It could be that you can't tolerate any birth control pills.

You need to find out why you are bleeding like this. That's not normal.

The mini pill is the most difficult to take correctly (at the same time every day). I know two children who exist because my friends took their mini pills late by just a couple of hours once. So if you are only taking it once in awhile right before or after having sex. It isn't working at all and YES you can be and or get pregnant if you are having sex.

Having sex means you can get pregnant unless you have had your tubes tied or he has had a vasectomy and even THEN...you can still get pregnant. Sometimes surgery fails...

This is why I decided not to even have sex until I was able to care for a baby (financially and emotionally). I knew myself that I couldn't get an abortion...and I knew that giving a child up for adoptions would be very very difficult. So, I chose to not put myself in that position.

Please get better birth control....please if you are going to have sex...being on the regular pill that you still take the same time every day (not the mini) and using a condom every time would be much much better if you don't want to get pregnant.

Also, read the book, Taking Charge of Your Fertility...it is a great resource that explains your body and how it works....to either get pregnant or to keep from getting pregnant. Good luck!!

Yes you can get pregnant. You know that the pill is not 100% effective...one in 100 woman can get pregnant taking the pill. If you REALLY don't want to be sure you are supposed to use a condom as well. If you were not taking them and then took one 3 days later, YES, you have a pretty darn good chance of getting pregnant.

You need to ask your Dr.
How old are you? I ask due to all the typo and grammar errors.

Bottom line if you had unprotected sex you can be pregnant!!

We don't know if you are or aren't. If you don't use birth control consistently and as directed you up your chances of getting pregnant. Pulling out isn't a form of birth control.

In order for the pills to be effective in preventing pregnancy you have to take them consistently every day and and the same of day, as directed.

Taking them only some days and not others does not protect you at all. Taking more than one pill at a time to 'catch up' doesn't work either. You've been having unprotected sex all along and you could easily be or get pregnant.

You need to abstain from sex until such time you have a contraceptive method that you can dedicate yourself to using properly, or until you want to be pregnant. If pills are not working for you in terms of ability to follow directions and/or side effects, talk to your doctor about other methods. There are shots, vaginal rings, and IUDs (hormonal and not).
Use condoms and spermicide *in addition* to the female method too, especially if you are not consistent or the method is new and you're not sure how it will work out.

Your doctor will also do pregnancy lab, which is pretty important to know right now. Get that appointment this coming week if you can.

Maybe.
Maybe not.
Birth control can fail.
Especially if you're not using it as directed.
Then again, people trying to get pregnant can try everything to make it happen and still have no luck sometimes for years.
And - sometimes first time out the gate can turn into a pregnancy.
We have no way of knowing if you're a Fertile Myrtle or not.
How about you ask and discuss this with your doctor?
Bleeding daily is certainly something to be talking about with a medical professional.

Know what they call people who use the "pull out" method? Parents!

As you've been advised, you need to see a doctor immediately. Secondly when you use the pull out method you realize you've just handed over control of your life to someone else. That very rarely works out.

Decide if you're serious about preventing pregnancy. If you are, YOU take control. That means finding suitable birth control and using it every single time. You will be the one pregnant, your life will change dramatically and a little one will be dependent on you for a very long time. This decision is serious and should not be taken lightly.

Please don't be flippant about sex. Your life should be worth more to you. STD's, unplanned pregnancy will change you forever.

Yes, any time you have sex, you could get pregnant, even with protection. You didn't use your birth control correctly and had sex without any other protection. No one here can tell you if you actually are pregnant or not. If you're not, I strongly suggest you find a better method of birth control since you don't seem to take the mini pill as consistently as you need to for it to be effective.

For everyone commenting on the grammar mistakes... consider the possibility that English is not her first language before jumping down her back. El Monte is over 65% Hispanic and over 28% Asian. I know I make the same types of mistakes when I speak Spanish.

I can't make out your post - a lot of typos.

Mini pills have to be taken consistently at the same time each day - or that was the advice I was given when I was on them.

Of course you can get pregnant. No birth control method is 100% effective anyway, except for abstinence, so no matter whether you rely on a pill, a condom, or a spermicide, using these alone can definitely lead to pregnancy. I got pregnant while taking regular birth control, not even the low-dose type you're taking, so my kid is proof that it CAN definitely happen! You seem to be inconsistent with taking the pill, saying you take it "once in a while" so that definitely increases your chances of pregnancy. You also said your boyfriend didn't pull out, and you had been skipping pills, on top of the fact that this birth control pill you're taking is a low dose pill. There's quite a large chance that you MAY be pregnant, as a result. Bleeding daily though is not normal. Why would you just take this as normal and not speak to your ob/gyn?

I highly encourage you to see your ob/gyn. Have him/her test you for pregnancy, and speak to him/her about your bleeding concerns, and the fact you're sexually active. Perhaps there is a better-suited pill for you at this time. When you were prescribed that pill, perhaps you were not sexually active, so the doctor didn't feel you were at risk of pregnancy but now that you are active, perhaps you need something stronger. Asking your partner to use a condom would also not hurt, as others mentioned, because it can protect you from STDs, in addition to helping prevent an unwanted pregnancy, with another form of birth control used in conjunction to it. Speaking of STDs, Chlamydia and Gonorrhea can cause the bleeding you're seeing. Perhaps you don't have these (let's hope not!) but even so, that should be enough of a scare for you to want to encourage your partner to be monogamous and use condoms!

Any birth control method, even when used consistently and as directed, can fail. But birth control can't work at ALL if you don't USE it. My DH and I messed up and didn't use BC exactly one time... and I got pregnant.

Yes, you could be pregnant. Or maybe not. The only way you will know is if you miss your next period. I wish you luck.
