I need a full size co-sleeper, weight limit up to 30 pounds. I live in Evanston and would be happy to pick it up. I can afford to pay 75.00.

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thanks to all the moms who came through. I bought an arms reach co-sleeper from a member on mama source, and my son is napping in it right now. It finally worked, I think we got our bed back. This has been a long road (7 months) of co-sleeping, which I have really loved, my husband too, but our neck and shoulder aches and pains from sleeping around a baby were making our lives miserable. It has taken a couple days but I think were there, Yeah!

Hi There-

I have one, it is nice, and we hardly used it. I live in Lakeview, would you like to come and pick it up? It is a tan color with beige polka dots. We bought the legs that elevate the bed even higher than standard, but they are a light green because they were out of stock of the tan. Please let me know if you are interested.

My cell is ###-###-####.

Thanks,
S.

I have the mini co sleeper which I purchased last year when my daughter was born. It is not as large as the original co sleeper, but I found that it was the perfect size for her to sleep for her first few months. I could have probably used it even longer since it is rated for heavier weights, but I transitioned her to the crib at that time. It is the iris star pattern which is sort of like a faded purple with stars throughout. I think it could work for a girl or a boy. I paid $125 for it, but I would be willing to sell it to you for a fair price. I live in Deerfield. Please let me know if you are interested.

Thanks,

S.

I also have one, and I live in the Lakeview area. We did not use it much as our baby just slept in our bed mostly. Let me know if you are interested. You can reach me at ###-###-####. Thanks!

Hi K.

I had a suggestion for you as I know it has worked well for other co-sleeping mamas. Have you tried taking the side rail off your crib and adjusting the mattress height to match your bed? That would allow you to create a co-sleeper without having to invest in a new piece of furniture. I know some people have found that it also helps to acclimate the child to the crib, so if you do eventually transition to the crib on its own it is a more familiar environment.
Just thought I would throw that out there.

Happy sleeping,
A.
