they have a high rate of giving false negatives, but with any pregnancy test false positives are almost impossible and very very rare.

they are all geared the same way - they all test the hormone levels in your urine - so yeah they're pretty much all the same. i've always used the cheaper ones because the name brands are crazy expensive.
i mean... you pee on it.
buy a box w/ 3 in it and if they're all 3 positive call your gyno!
Worked for me! Dollar Tree is what I used.
They work just fine. They are looking for the same hormone as the more expensive ones.
That's what my friend used and b/c she's a little crazy...in a good way..she took 4 Dollar Store tests, all positive, and a Target test, also positive.
I know people dealing with infertility recommend the Dollar Store tests b/c they are a cheap way of checking every month.
Yep! They do! The most common error is that it will show that you are not pregnant when you are. But yes, I use Dollar Store ones and they work! If you still feel like the answer is wrong always go to the doctor for a confirmation!
Hmm...I don't know about dollar store ones, I know I bought the cheap-o walmart ones and they worked, with an occasional dud. But hey, they are only a buck, it'd be fun to find out of they work as well as the others :)

They r the best and r more sensitive then the expensive ones out there! They were accurate all the times I was pregnant and not! I highly reccomend them! By the way, I was able to find out I was pregnant 4 days before I missed my period with these!

My sister used them for both of her pregnancies and they were both right. I'd say yes they work plus you will get a urine test at your dr. Go for it and save money!
yes they work my only positive that comeon one showed one and a half lines instead of 2 so then I bought a good one to confirm. all of my others were negative and right.
