We are planning a trip to Disney World for our son's third birthday. If you have been to Disney recently, did you plan your trip thru a travel agent or thru the Disney website? I'd like to make the planning as easy as possible. Also, it would be nice to have a good travel agency for reference anyway. Thanks!

You can call Lauren at Small World Travel. She is taking care of our trip for May. She sent us a great folder full of brochures and stuff to help us with the trip. She booked all our sit down meals. She is also watching for discounts that come through to apply them to our reservation. I hardly had to do anything!

Here's her info!

My husband and I went to Disney four years ago on our honeymoon. We used AAA to plan our trip. I highly reccommend using them. They made planning our trip incredibly easy and also added some extras to make our honeymoon special. I am sure they would do the same for your son's birthday. Everything was all included (air fare, transportation, hotel, meals, park admission, etc.) which was nice. Good luck and have fun!

Hi there, we have been there three times. I feel it can all be done online, and you will save yourself a lot of money. We got our tickets, hotel and flights all online. Unless you would rather leave it up to someone else that is experienced. Then I would say go the travel agent route. But if you go on the offical Disney World website it is very safe and they walk you though everything you could possibly want.
