Hi!
Does anyone know of a great kid digital camera? My son loves to use mine, so I was looking for one for Christmas.
Thanks!

If you go to Amazon, and input "Toddler cameras" OR "kids cameras".... many will turn up and the reviews/ratings of it.
get a cheap regular digital camera the kids cameras do not work that well.
V-Tech camera. My 4 yr old likes it for the games and my 3 yr old likes taking pictures. It doesn't get damaged when dropped which is why we got them a kids camera instead of an inexpensive adult camera. The pictures are a fine quality for children. My 3 yr old takes better pictures than her grandfather! You may want to look at a video camera, also v-tech. It takes still photos too. I'm thinking of getting it for my kid. Good luck
My son has the vtech kidzoom. He has had it for 2 years and loves it. We do not usually download the pictures but he loves taking them. We have hiked with it and traveled with it plus it is a staple around the house. It just keeps chugging no matter what he has done to it. Some reviews complain about the batteries and I have not had that problem at all. It goes through alot less batteries than my expensive digital. At 4 he is just discovering the games and video features. I would definately recommend this camera.
I bought my 3 year old the VTech camera last year for Christmas. She LOVES it. It's really durable, has games, takes videos and has some cute photo editing. The pictures really aren't made to print, but I don't think little ones care. My daughter just likes to take picture after picture of anything (usually the couch or stuff on the floor), then look at them. She's never asked to print them out. I don't even think I've ever uploaded any of them.
That camera has been thrown, dropped, thrown again, stepped on, dropped again, kicked, etc.... and it still works just like the day we bought it.
As MrsLucky13 mentioned...I bought the Fisher Price one for my daughter. I must say the pics are pretty horrible and if she didn't have enuff light, the pics came out really dark. Still she liked it. If your son is using yours, you can get a pretty cheap one..like a 8 megapixel for about $50.00
