Show the rash to you baby's dr. My daughter kept getting rashes and it was a yeast infection. She didn't get it till she was older because it was caused by the apple juice and apple sauce she was eating that she didn't get when she was a baby. It made her urine more acidic and broke her skin down and made it susciptable to yeast infections. The rash was raised red pimple like bumps. Good luck!

If the rash is mostly around the creases of where the diaper sits on the baby then it could be the diaper. Or it could be the powder(if you use it)..If you use anything that may have a fragrance to it then it could be the cause of the rash. There are several steps you can take to clear the rash. If you are using anything that has fragrance in it, switch to products that are for sensitive skin and or free and clear of fragrance. Usually it will say on the product. Also, aveeno and desitin are some great rash products to use.

Yes...my little one is allergic to disposible diapers...I use 7th generation when I have to....but he still gets little hives sometimes even with them....if I use aquafor it helps....but cloth diapers are the best. Good luck with finding what works best for your little one!

I use Huggies with my 9 month old and have no problems. I would say it is probably based on what she is eating.

Typically this time of year you need a very breathable diaper, huggies or pampers is what we used. During the winter we used store brand but the heat did not mix well with the cheaper diapers. My kiddos also got a diaper rash everytime they were teething. We used Dr. Smith's Diaper Ointment for it...it is WONDERFUL!!! We buy it at walmart...it is about $7 a container.

I found that Luv's wipes are excellent. They don't leave any residue like other brands. My daughter hasn't had a diaper rash since I switched.
