Just wondering if any other moms have an easy way help a 9 month old adjust to the time change?

What can I do next?

I actually use daylight savings time to my advantage. It especially helps now in the fall. I think if you stick to your normal routine that is best. Especially when it comes to bedtime or naptime! My son is 3 and adjusts very well if we keep everything as normal as possible.

I think it helps to try and keep on regular feeding schedule if possible and keep up late at night. It just takes time.

You could try to bump back naptimes and bedtimes by about 15 minutes each day until it gets to the time you want it to be. My daughter has a tough time with this also. Her morning was horrible today. Of course, it doesnt help that she woke up at 6:30 am instead of her usual 8 am. It takes a few days and then it will be back to normal again. B.

I worked w/ Kindegartners for 7 years and I would say this is a normal thing that most kids do. It is early in the year. I wouldnt worry till the end if the year, if she still does it. You can mention it to teacher, but like I m saying, it was quite common.

We used daylight savings time to move my son's bedtime up an hour. Hopefully it will work. He is almost a year and usually is sleeping between 9-10 eventhough we start around 8. If you don't want to move bedtime up though, I may not have any suggestions.

I would take brandees advice...this is what we did with our boys and it worked out just fine.

It shouldn't take too long for it to smoothe out.
