Hi fellow moms,
I'm wondering if any of you know of a place CLOSE TO HOME that's hiring for data entry?? I'm a Phlebotomist but I've been out of that line of work for about 7 years....I need to find a job close to home since the price of gas is so darned high!! Also, have any of you attended Everest College?? I'm thinking of going there for their Medical Billing/Coding program and was hoping to get some feedback from people who have attended there or know of someone who has!! Thanks everyone!!

What can I do next?

Hi D.:

I work for World Financial part-time on a very flexible schedule as a Financial Consultant. They do also offer full-time. There are no quotas to meet so my performance is up to me. I educate families on Financial Concepts such as Mortgages, Investments, Savings, College Education Plans to name a few. The training is easy to understand and fun. The teamwork and support system are awesome. We are looking for good hardworking professional people to join our organization. If you are interested in a great opportunity, give me a call to set up an appointment at our office. We have two locations in the valley. One is off I-10 & Elliott in Phoenix, AZ and the other is in Peoria, AZ off of Olive Avenue. Our websites are www.wfg-online.com or www.aegon.com

Good Evening

I worked at the University of Phoenix. We are on the phone and data entry. After first 60 days you work only 32.5 hrs a week and get paid for 40. Make about 26000 per year. If you are interested send your resume to

____@____.com
It is a wonderful place to work. Great benefits and we have a lot of fun.

I would not recommend the coding and billing program at Everest College. I took it, and it was not all that they advertise. They lead me to believe that I would leave there a certified coder, and I would leave with a job in coding.

I did not get certified with that school (there is another program you have to go through to get your certification)...and the only jobs they set you up with are data entry jobs. They cannot give you a coding position because you a technically not a coder.

If you want information on how to become a coder I can give you some information. I passed my exam, and am now working as a coder for an OB office.
