Cuyahoga Falls Full Time Working Mom Looking for a Club

I love this group. I am a SAHM but there is also WAHM and Full/part time working moms in the group. I have a 10 yr old daughter, 4 yr old son, 2 yr old daughter. They all love the group.

The Northeastern Ohio Active Moms Group / Playgroup is an organization of moms dedicated to raising happy, well-adjusted children. We create fun and educational activities to attend with our kids.

We strive to find local moms who have the time and inclination to support our activities, ones who desire to join a fun and lively mom's group! Our members are working moms, sahms and moms who work pt. Because our group has many events, it provides flexibility for moms on a schedule. We're not an internet-only chat group. We require our members to sign up for and attend at least one database activity per month. Upcoming events include a YMCA playgroup, a library event, dancing, a book club meeting, a tour in Akron, a free playgroup, an informational clinic, a CPR class and swimming. This group stays ACTIVE!

Several of us have memberships providing free admission to our guests at the Akron Zoo, Stan Hywet and McKinley. As a result, many of our members who attend scheduled group events at those places get in FREE! 10 guests always get FREE admission when attending group events at McKinley with the moderator!

Our members live in Akron, Canton, Green, North Canton, Springfield Twp, Hartville, Uniontown, Fairlawn, Copley, Barberton, Medina, Jackson Twp, Montrose, Bolivar, Plain Twp, Kent, Cuyahoga Falls, Canal Fulton, Ellet, Tallmadge, Mogadore, Wadsworth, New Philadelphia, Dover, Norton and Massillon.

Our events are held in Summit County and Stark County as well as in Medina, Wayne, Portage, Cuyahoga and Tuscarawas Counties.

Drama is NOT tolerated in this group.

We've been included in 3 local publications - The Canton Repository, Akron Family Magazine and Akron Life & Leisure Magazine's August 2007 issue.

I have been in the area for a little over a year (Seven Hills) and I am also finding it hard to find groups for working moms. Please let me know if you hear of anything.

Let me know what you find. I found it very hard to find clubs for working Moms.

I too would like to find a Mom group for social gatherings and so on. I live in Akron, my sons are much younger than your daughter but it would be nice to have some other Moms close by to talk to and do things with. Please let me know if you find any group, I am searching also.
