Put it in rice. Cook rice in chicken broth instead of water and add a tsp or so of saffron to it!

I would be interested to see - since saffron is so expensive I don't know anyone who cooks with it. The only times I've heard it used have been in pilafs... Did someone bring you home saffron from an exotic vacation?

Most middle eastern rice dishes.
Paella - one of my favorite company dishes to make.
Most chicken and rice dishes.

The Mexican saffron is much less expensive than others and tastes close enough.

Google recipes and saffron. Go to any cooking site such as All Recipes and ask for recipes using saffron.
