I went to the Once Upon a Child in Largo and it was a big mistake. It took them forever to "price" my stuff. I had many many new in package clothing items and toys. All told, they offered me less than $50. I had been waiting over an hour for their "price" and after waiting that long, I didn't feel like taking my stuff back.

In my opinion, you will get a lot more money if you post on craigslist. Plus you don't have to wait in a store while teengage girls promise you "just 10 more minutes" and then ignore your stuff.

I own Reruns 4 Little Ones, we sell baby, kids, tween and maternity clothing and accessories. We have been in the town n' coutry area of tampa for 5 years and loving every minute of it. Consigning is pretty is easy, you bring in your items clean and organized and we do the rest. You can call or drop in to check your account. I hope this helps!!!

I use Wallabies Kids in New Port Richey. What's great about them is they pay you up front for your items vs. waiting until the item sells. They are very detailed though in what they take, if it has any stains or imperfections they will not take it. But that is good because it reflects in the items they are selling, you know that you are purchasing like new pieces.

Good luck !!

Hi, I'm not sure where you're located but there's a good one in New Port Richey on Little Rd. near Old SR 54 in the plaza with Pit Boss BBQ called Wallaby's Kids. They have a lot of good quality clothes and toys. Good luck!

Hi I.,

I go to Once Upon A Child for the children's clothes. It's not consignment. They actually give you the money up front, which I prefer. They determine the current value of the item and they'll sell it for half price. They will give you 40% of their selling price. I recently got rid of a bunch of baby toys that I no longer needed, either. I went to the one in Northdale, but they have other locations too.

They don't take maternity clothes and I haven't done consignment with any of mine yet, so I can't really help there.

Good luck!
