Considering Switching Ped, Anyone Love Their Naperville Ped?

I am considering switching Pediatricians, I currently go to ABC in Naperville and while I do appreciate the nurses line and their info sheets, I feel like I get a lot of "standard" answers and not really individualized ideas. I have done a search on here and looked at some older answers to similar questions but just thought I would throw it out there again as new people join everyday. I am looking for a ped that will give me those 6 month, 9 month, 12 month info sheets. I also need a nurses line that will call back within a reasonable amount of time. My little one is under a year old. If you love your Ped, can you give me their name? Thanks!

What can I do next?

Sorry to hear you're not happy with ABC Pediatrics!! My daughters have been patients of Dr Gus since birth (they're 6yrs and 2yrs old) and I couldn't be happier with the practice. Good luck with your search :)

I found 1-2-3 Pediatrics. Dr. Lue has been a life saver for my girls. I highly recommend him. He once called me back on a Sunday and I instantly knew he was a keeper.

We go to Wheaton Peds. They are in Danada. Its a big practice group too, but the docs are excellent, they have tons of same day sick call appts, and the nurses call back w/in 1-2 hrs. In the night, a doc is always on call if you have a question. Their number is ###-###-####. They admit to CDH and Childrens which is nice if you have a serious problem. Good luck!

I LOVE my pediatrician. And I quit 2 before I found them so I know comparison wise.
They really ASK questions at the check ups and check for things the others never did. I have NEVER been told by them "sorry your four month old can't breathe and is coughing up a lung, we can't get you in." I don't always see the same doctor, but it doesn't seem to matter, every single one of them and every nurse there seems to go above and beyond at making sure both parent and child understand what is going on and are doing good.
It's Pediatric Heath Associates -the Naperville office number is ###-###-####
They do give those sheets and have classes on nutrition and other parenting issues. They seem to understand that to parent you need some knowledge.

We go to Millennium Pediatrics. Went to Pediatric Health Associates on Raymond with 1st child. Had a few situations that I I was not thrilled about. Too many docs and too many patients. Millennium has smaller practice where the staff knows us. Good luck. Making a doctor switch is no fun. :(
