I have used Flor's cleaning service for two houses now and been happy with them. I have worked with both Flor and her son Elliot, both of whom speak English. What they do is come along with the cleaning people for the first visit and walk through your home with you so can discuss the service. The cleaners themselves may or may not speak English all that well, but since you would have already gone over everything with Flor or Elliot, it's not a problem.
