I treat the stain as soon as she spills with liquid Tide stain release and then try to wash it within a day at the latest. That's worked really well on all sorts of stains, not just the chocolate milk.

My advice would be to get DREFT Stain Remover. It comes in a white and pink spray bottle, in the detergent aisle. DREFT is an infant detergent line, and their stain remover takes out stains like nothing I have ever seen before! I once discovered a pen stain on a shirt that had been in the dirty laundry basket for a week, and a couple sprays of DREFT later the stain was gone. It takes out any diaper-spill stain on my son's clothes, as well as juice and tomato sauce.

I will never use another stain remover.

God bless!

on white my favorite tool is the clorox bleach pen. you can shop a very small area if it is on a print. tide stain lifter works pretty well too.

I use Oxy Clean-- but the liquid in the blue spray bottle, not the powder. It has removed chocolate, grass, mud, even blood. Make sure to spray and let it sit for a few minutes before washing. Some stains may take a few treatments, so make sure you check it when it comes out of the wash if it needs a repeat wash; drying it will set the stain.

Your best bet is to remove thier shirt as soon as possible after the stain, run in COLD water, and use some wisk or something and rub the stain out with your fingernail. then rinse it out in cold water.
Chocolate milk is a protien stain, like blood. I've heard some people say to use peroxide.
If it is a patterned shirt on a white background, you can remove old stains by dipping a Qtip in bleach , touching to the stain, and setting just for a minute, and then rinsing/ laundering. This works great for formula stains on white infant collars.

Hi J., Yes, I can help you really get those stains out! Use Shaklee's non-toxic laundry booster called "Nature Bright". It will even get out red wine stains! The best combination to use on a regular basis would be to use their non-toxic laundry detergent (comes in liquid & powder) and add Nature Bright right on top of the detergent in the washing machine dispenser. I would recommend pre-treating the chocolate milk (or any other stain) with a little of the Shaklee detergent as you toss it either in the laundry bin or when actually putting it into the washing machine. Their detergent itself is a great stain fighter, but Nature Bright takes the cake. About once a month, I soak all my whites in the laundry sink with Nature Bright for a few hours and then throw them in the washer as usual. Feel free to call me with questions and/or details. You can order directly through my website at www.emilytaft.com or if you prefer to contact me, I will be happy to assist you. I am in Georgetown and am available at ###-###-#### or ____@____.com I hope this is helpful. These two products have removed all sorts of baby formula and baby poop stains that would not come out with any other detergents or laundry boosters. I love to explain exactly how to use these products to get the best results, so please be comfortable contacting me. Best Wishes. E. taft

J.,
ok forget the other stain treatments, what I use is spray n wash wit dual power it get out almost everything, it really works beautifully! But, I suggest leaving the solution on for about 15 to 30 minutes before you wash the item depending on how long the stain has been there. I've even gotten stains out after I dried them in the dryer with this stuff!
