Hi-
This is so easy!
1 rotisserie chicken....meat only :)
1 can kidney beans
1 can black beans
1 large can diced tomatoes
1-2 cups brown rice

I add 2 TB chili powder, some salt and pepper, and 2 tsp sugar if you like chili a little sweet. Thats it.

Hi R.,

Have a chili recipe that you can try:

(2) 14 1/2 oz canned tomatoes
2 lbs coarsely ground chuck, browned and drained
1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped

2 to 3 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp salt

Put all ingredients in Crock-Pot in order listed. Stir once. Cover; cook on low 10-12 hours (High: 5-6 hours). Makes 6 servings.

Extra lean ground beef (no fat to drain), 1-2 cans of red kidney beans, 1/2 onion (finely chopped), can of diced tomatoes, 2-3 cloves of minced garlic, add seasonings to taste of cumin, chile powder, pepper, salt....for a spicier chile I add Tony Chacherie's seasoning or hot sauce.
