Just bought second car seat for second vehicle. I am looking to find a car seat safety inspector to inspect my carseat to make sure it is installed properly. Does anyone know of a place that does this here in Lakeland. I live in North Lakeland (but is not a factor). I know that safekids worldwide does them but don't know how to locate the organization here (I had the first one done in Michigan). Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
You can also go to any fire stations and they can inspect it for you as well.
Of course. Julie at Family Fundamentals off of Memorial, not sure of the street name, used to be an old hospital I beleive. She taught my child birth class at Lakeland regional, and she taught me how to do the carseat, she does lots of them, she's certified or something like that. Just look her up or the place up on line or yellow pages. Good luck!

When we lived in another county, you could drive to the Fire Station and they would put it in for you and show you how it's done and then take it out and make you do it. I don't know if its the same in every county, but you could call and ask.
Any local fire station will do it, or even a hospital in the baby ward.
