Carpet Cleaning in Frisco

Looking for a quality carpet cleaning company in the Frisco area that is reliable and reasonably priced. I usually clean my own carpets, but this time they are out of control and I want a good company to just come in and take care of all of them, including stairs, at a reasonable price. Any suggestions?

I have used Cornerstone Chem Dry for years. They are fabulous. Their techs are always on time and very polite. This year they've teamed up with Toys for Tots - which is another reason I love using them - they are very community oriented. If you give them an unwrapped toy, they will put a deoderizer on all your carpets for free. Anyway, I've used them exclusively since I've lived here (5 years).

Here's their info:

We have been using Kiwi for our home and rentals for several years. They offer a 1 year warranty so you pay to have the carpets cleaned for the first time and then ANYtime after that, as many times as you want for a year, they will come out for just a trip charge plus $4 per room. Trip charge is around $25. Also, if you are unhappy, or they missed something, they will come out for free for 30 days. Also, I have learned to NEVER accept their first quote when you call. Always ask if they can go lower and they will.

I use Doug's Mighty Clean. They are professional, show up earlier than scheduled, and do a fantastic job. I am on the plan to have them come every 6 months - it is well worth the money!

They charge a flat rate based on whether you have a one story or two story home. For our one story, I paid just over $100 and that's for a fully carpeted 2,000 square foot home!

You can check them out at this website: http://dougsmightyclean.com

I know they'll do an outstanding job for you.

I use Joy Carpet and Dry Cleaning. They are a little more expensive that the ones that use shampoo, but the results are incredible and it stays better. Google the name to get their web site. I have used them for more than ten years and I have a ton of rental property.

J.-
I'm pleased that the folks below have been happy with their carpet dry cleaners, but personally, I am happier with a water-based cleaning system. Now that I work for Fiber-Seal and have gone through the training to understand the chemicals used and the differences in methods, I will NEVER use a drycleaning method again. It leaves a sticky chemical residue on the fibers, which attract more dirt. Of course, if you have wool carpet, then that's the only way to go, since even warm water will cause shrinkage.

We will clean your carpets for 50 cents/sq ft, and then apply a protection product (kinda like Scotchguard) for an additional 50 cents/sq ft. Then, anytime you see a spot, a stain, or simply a heavy traffic area, you can call us for the next full YEAR and have us come out to re-clean and re-protect that area FOR FREE!! And, best of all, no extra chemicals left over for your kids in inhale/ingest. Most of our clients have us out every quarter, all for no extra charge. Add it up and see what makes sense to you. Call me if you have any questions, or if you'd like me to come out to do a bid! ###-###-####. Good luck!

Oh, and if you do choose to use a drycleaning method, please stay away from Kiwi. They subcontract all of their employees, and many of them end up using way too much of their solutions. We get calls from their unhappy customers to fix the mess caused by them all of the time. Doug's Mighty Clean would be the way to go instead for this process.

I use a company called Baby Safe Carpet Cleaning out of The Colony. All of their chemicals are...well...baby safe. They are friendly and do a great job and can usually fit you in next day.
