Does anyone know of a good place to buy canning and pickling equipment and or supplies (i.e. plastic screw lids and jars, pickling salts, pectins, etc.) Thanks in advance!!
I've found them at Wal-Mart before. It's been a year or so but they had the jars and all that stuff. This is an off the wall thought what about a "hobby" type store (ie. Hobby Lobby or Michaels) they may have that. I'm not a lot of help, sorry.
Hy Vee has some, Michaels too. You can also get them on the Internet.

In the recent years I have had the best luck getting such items between Wal-mart and many Grocery stores. At Wal-mart, it is usually in the seasonal/kitchen area. Sorry I could not help give greater details.

I have found canning supplies at Wal-Mart (135 & Blackbob). Good luck.
Wal-Mart and most hardware stores carry canning supplies. I frequently buy my supplies at Wal-Mart.
