Yes, but be sure to wear the nose and mouth guards. You can even tan in a tanning bed while pregnant. it's a good way to get vitamin D to your baby. Just be sure you don't get too heated and maybe only go for 1/2-3/4 of the session so you don't get too hot. Also, early in the morning the beds are cold so that's a good time to go.

heck yeah--I got married when I was 5 months pregnant and my maid of honor got me a gift card for spray tanning for my wedding gift! haha

The fumes from the spray tanners in the tanning salons are pretty strong so I would check with a doc to be safe. I know lots who have used the at home lotions while pregnant and they don't have as strong of a chemical smell to them.
