We just built a pool at the beginning of the year. My husband did a lot of research and we went w/ Foley Pools. They broke ground on 1/31 and it was all done & ready to swim in by the end of March. We got a pool ( no hot tub), new fence, patio cover & arbor and basic landscaping for $50k.

We used another company but we were not that impressed and still have trouble. We wished we had gone with Riverbend Sandler. They have all their own crews and sub out very little so when there's an issue they call their own crews. Definitely ask about what they sub out because they can't control their sub contractors. Our pool with patio cover was right at about $45k. Good luck, it's a tough process but totally worth it. BTW, we have a salt system and LOVE it because you never have that chlorine smell or the dry skin and red eyes.

Waterford pools did a wonderful job for us. We did a total remodel of our older pool and it is AWESOME. Dave Dushman is his name. Everything was done on time and exactly the way he said it would happen. Good luck! ###-###-#### www.waterfordpools.com

We just looked at moving within our neighborhood and the house we liked did not have a pool...but we really wanted one. The prices for new pools and basic landscaping usually range 40-60k. Don't know about the fence.
