didnt for me, they show you inches but then my jeans fit same, when I drank water..they fit tighter (LOL)

My advise is a good cleanse, email me today (leaving for trip tommorow) or next week and I will send you one we do at my house, cheap effective and many good health benefits!

Mine didn't work at all. They measured me and said that I lost a few inches over my entire body but that meant like a half inch on my waste, a half inch on my hips, etc. I did not notice anything. Don't waste your money.

no it does not. they count a total of body inches and then after 24 hrs you gain everything back.. Its only water you lose and once you drinking it its back ..

Hope this helps.Good luck

I did one a few monthes ago. I don't need to lose any weight but wanted to do it to quit feeling so bloated. I do have belly skin and a little bit of love handles and it did nothing to either one. It did help with the bloating.
