Where is the best place to take bluebonnet pics? Is the field by the Grapevine car dealerships still good? Where is that exactly? Has anyone taken bluebonnet pics lately? Any advice?
Thanks Mamas,
A.

My husband and I took some sunday afternoon and it is on the side of the exit in Grapevine/Trophy Club at Solona exit. There was a line of cars and everyone had the same idea.

Last year we took pics in field to the west of the Toyota Grapevine location. It was a fantastic location...trees in the background, no buildings or traffic. I haven't yet checked this year, but we hope to do so this weekend.

There is a wonderful field in Denton off of HWY 380 and Ector. (Just Mapquest the intersection of HWY 380 and Ector and it will give you the directions).
We had a photographer take our kids pictures last year and they turned out great. You can see pictures of the field (and of my blue eyed daughter and son - pictures 1,4 and 5 of the bluebonnet section) on her website:

Good luck and let me know if you have any questions!

I just drove thru Southlake today (HWY 114, Solana exit) and also thought it would be a great spot.
