We had a party this past fall and did games. We played Toss Across. We also played a ring toss game. I did buy these things but they were part of my daughter's presents. You could do some face painting as well.

At the carnival this year, my daughter (2) loved the fishing game - where they put a fishing pole behind a screen (sheet) and got a prize or piece of candy attached to it. Also, picking a floating duck out of the tub of water (baby pool) to see what prize they won (sucker, candy, small toy).

Hobby Lobby has a lot of trinket-type toys - parachuting men, clackers, tops, sun glasses, etc. priced at 4 / $1 and 6 / $1 in the birthday party aisle.

All the kids love to play on the mini corn hole game, so a bag toss game would probably go over well. Also, ping pong ball toss (into small fish bowls filled with water) or ring toss around 2-liter bottles.

Have fun!

Check out Oriental Trading - you don't have to buy from them, but you can look through what they have and get a few ideas.

Also, when they arrive, you can give them tickets and choose what games they want to play.

The sucker game is a good game that any child can play. You get a piece of styrofoam from the craft dept. and then a bag of totsie pops and you put a color on the end of the stick and press the suckers into the syrofoam until they stick straight up. They pull the sucker and get a prize that matches the color of the sucker bottom.

Bean bag toss, balls into the bucket toss (you can use large cool whip containers for this), if outside is possible water balloon toss, egg in the spoon race, musical chairs, duck duck goose, blind man's bluff, you could get a dunk tank and they could try to dunk daddy, candy bar walk (done like a cake walk), ring toss, you can float little toys in a bucket and they pull them up to get a number on the bottom to pick out a small treat, bobbing for apples, doughnut on a string and try to get a bite from it with your hands behind your back, penny toss onto a plate, I know there is more but this is all I can think of right this minute.
