Best Place to Buy Flannel Sheets?

I would like to get flannel sheets for my daughters' beds. I have a coupon to The Company Store, which brings the price of two sets of twin flannel sheets down to $82 with shipping. Garnet Hill has a coupon too, and their price is $81. But then, I saw that Amazon's regular price for Pinzon flannels is $60 shipped.

Does anyone know if the sheets from The Company Store or Garnet Hill will feel softer, be nicer, last longer than Amazon's house brand? Thanks!

What can I do next?

Have you looked at Marshall's or T.J. Maxx?

I would never spend $80 on 2 twin sets!

100% Flannel is flannel. And they get better and softer as you wash them.

If they are 100% cotton, they will be the same softness.

Here are some tips when using flannel as bedding.
When you first purchase them, wash them before you place them on the bed.

NEVER use any sort of fabric softners. It will coat the fabric and is almost impossible to get rid of it. No dryer sheets..

Each time you use the fitted sheet, change the direction of the sheet. Feet (the heels of the foot) will wear away at the fabric over time.. Switching the directions will give you double the life of the sheet.

Enjoy!

I don't know the answer to your question, but I have a suggestion. Another place to try would be LL Bean. Their website is llbean.com. I don't recall what the prices are right now, but their flannel sheets are the best! Most of the time, LL Bean's shipping is free. Go check them out. I've always foun their prices to be more or less reasonable.

Good luck.

I disagree that flannel is flannel. Just like other sheets, what they're made with and thread count make a difference. I have never purchased them from the places you mentioned, but I bought some flannel sheets @ Costco a couple years ago that are nice and thick and soft. I bought some others @ Target (I think) - they're okay, but not nearly as nice as the ones I bought @Costco; you can practically see through them after a few washings. I think I paid about the same price for both. If only Costco had the colors I need!
