I am on my 30's but almost about 35% of my hair is already white. I have to color my hair often before my grays start to show even before my roots. Which brand is good in cover the grays but that also will last?
Thanks.

What can I do next?

I'm a hairstylist. While I use professional color, brands like Feria ,Loreal and Clariol seem to have pretty good gray coverage, so long as you are doing it to match your natural color.

Just look at the box and it will usually say if it's specially formulated for gray coverage. Once you do the gray, leave it on for a while, then pull it through lightly damp hair all throughout the ends of your hair for the last 15 mins or so. It will help refresh the midlength and ends.

Using a color shampoo will help your color from fading. If you take very hot showers, that will fade color as well.

Though I would put myself at maybe 10% gray -- They were really getting annoying. They seem to shuck the color faster than my brunette hair.

Finally gave up the box color a year ago. Went to a stylist and had her bring me all the way back to natural 9which was darker than I remembered = ) and then she layered in a few highlights. Since then, I just go in every 10 weeks or so have have my highlights redone. I find the more random, blond highlights do so much more to disguise the gray than any all over color (and the roots that come with it!) ever did.

I use plain henna - turns my brown hair auburn and my greys into copper highlights.
