I don't even want to ask this question but after taking too many blows in one year my husband and I have to face the option of filing bankruptcy. We don't even know anyone who has done this before so we are in need of advice on lawyers to go with. We do not want to go with Geraci!

do a bankruptcy case for $900 about. He still has to file in the county
that you live in. His name is Maserow. Look him up on the internet.

My husband & I just finished our chaper 7 filing in October 08. We lost work, related to our filing & there are very good lawyers in the area that can help. With some research you can find a laywer through the Bar Association. Search on line & call a few that can help you & your husband. Hang in there, it does get better & life is much easier. K. W.
