call your local conservation office.
Search for a wildlife rehab group. A vet, wildlife group, or humane society may have a contact if you can't find one. Good luck and let us know of you find help for the duckling.
We have Suncoast Bird here on Indian Shores- call them and ask who is in your area for bird rescue.
