Don't do Mia! Mia is in the top 10 of girl's baby names for the past several years. I work with 4 people who all have daughters named Mia.
If those are your two choices then go with Abrielle. You don't want her being the 5th Mia in her school class.
Abrielle Rose or Abrielle Mia is also cute.

I have always loved Mia Francesca...not sure how it goes with your Italian last name. Congrats!!!

Abrielle is definitely the more unique of the two, if that's what your going for. I haven't heard that name before. I know a couple of Mia's. Very cute name though.....

I also like Gianna or Gia, Sophia/Sofia, Elena/Alaina, Daniella/daniela, Carmen, delaina, Estella, Francesca, Bianca, Catalina, Carolina, Isabella, Jaclyn, arianna, Adrianna, gabriella, giuliana, julia, Amelia/emilia, Mariana, Naomi, paloma, Valentina, simona, savina, Alessandra (those two were in another recent post and are beautiful!), Raquel, Tatiana, Tia, vivienne/viviana. Congrats, I have to girls, they're so much fun! I too like Elise and Bella for middle names :)

I know an Abrial/Abrielle spelled "Abrial" if you want an alternate spelling. I like Mia, but I think some people don't know whether to pronounce it "Mee-a" or "Mi-a." Congratulations.
