Anyone Have an iPhone?

I don't smoke. I rarely drink. I don't buy purses or shoes or clothes unless I need them. My vice is gadgets. I love them. I'm really liking the iPhone and I wanted to know if anyone has one (or their hubby has one) and what they think.

I've been researching them a lot but I'd like to hear some real life experiences.

Thanks in advance.

Hi T.,

I'm a gadget girl, too! I just an iphone a couple of weeks agoa and love it so far! I love having my calendar, email and phone in the same unit. It synced up with my pc laptop (with outlook and comcast email) easily. The touch pad has been easy to work and i'm still getting used to the keybooard (but I think that would be an issue with any qwerty keyboard). I love the home screen--so many things at my fingertips!

Good luck!

I don't have a iPhone, but I have a iPod touch that has everything a iPone has except the phone part.
I like it. You can search the web, have photos and videos on it. I have nothing bad to say. I can get on the web and type emails with no problem.
I don't have a opinion on how the phone works, but everyone I know who does have one enjoys it.
I would not judge the typing on how well you can do it while driving,as it is not the safest place to type or have a phone conversation. That is only my opinion.
Good Luck with your shopping!

My husband loves his as well and keeps trying to get me to buy one. I also have a friend who has one and loves it. The emailing and texting is what both of them do quite a bit of. I know my husband likes that there are websites that are set up for iphone.

I don't have the iPhone, however I have a phone similar with the touch screen (it has a slide down full keyboard, but no number keypad. also all of the same capabilities as the iPhone but it's not apple, it's a pocket pc.) Dialing on a touchscreen while driving is awful. I actually have to pull over. Voice recognitions is great, however with a toddler blabbering in the back tends to cancel out anything I say, and dialing takes a lot longer. While I have loved my phone since purchasing it for many other reasons, that is my biggest problem with it. It's actually gotten so frustrating, that Im considering getting a new phone this summer.

My husband has one. He really loves it, but he says that it is not for someone who emails a lot. The touch screen is not great for lengthly emails, but he absolutely loves everything else about it.
