Any Ideas on an Inexpensive Gift for 10 Kids with Various Ages?

I need to get my neices and nephews something little for Christmas. I kind of wanted to get everyone just a small something to open. The problem is their ages range from 6 months to 15 years. What are some inexpensive gifts for say a infant, a few toddlers, a few school age children, and a few teenagers?? Thanks for any input on any of the age groups.

What can I do next?

The infants aren't going to know the difference, so something little that mom would appreciate. For the older ones, two different age appropriate soccer balls.

something fun might be their own fun cup, filled with candy, or different hot chocolates...esp for the older ones. I saw some cute ones at the dollar store the other day actually. Or even some cozy warm socks. Another idea is a personalized bag, if you are even a little creative, they have small canvas bags at hobby lobby that you can decorate just to carry their own special stuff in. Or, maybe if you have time, you could make each of them a CD with music specific to their age and preferences. You can download pretty cheap these days. Just some thoughts..good luck! I have 18 neices and nephews so I feel your pain:) ~A.~

The best thing to do is get the baby something it needs if clothes or diapers bottles etc. But the little kids you can find lots of little gifts that seem nice but are only like a $1-$5 at Micheals the MJDesigns craft store I saw in the add this week lots of little kids stuff for that price. They feel like they are getting so much more as a kid when getting several small stocking stuffer gifts than just one. An wrap each one individually. The teens if girls travel size bath an body works are not much. Also you can get them on sale. Buy a little basket for less than a dollar put stuff like that in it with a cheap candle an scrubby or what ever you find on clearance. A dollar picture frame will be nice in it also. Or cheap ear rings what ever you find on clearance. If for a teen boys you can put in a bag a travel cologn not real expensive, small pack of socks, small box of chocholate, a wallet or t-shirts on clearance. Always look for sales an on clearance racks to save $$$.

In our house, books would be a safe bet. For the younger kids, there are always some good choices at the dollar tree and half priced books could probably recommend something for the older kids.

For the infant, I'd get a box of teething cookies or a rattle or small toy. For the toddlers, maybe some sidewalk chalk or a coloring book and crayons. For the school age children, a Christmas book or a book from a series they like to read. They also have those mini puzzles at Walmart for $0.96 which are fun. For the teenagers, I'd say cash, maybe a $5 bill. At that age, what kid doesn't love money? When I give money or gift cards, I like to wrap it to a package of candy. You can get those boxes of candy for less than $1 at Walmart, and those are easy to wrap. That's more fun to open than a card in my opinion.

If you're wanting to get a more expensive item at a great discounted price, you could try Mattel Outlet. They have wonderful specials at this time of year. I do all my shopping for the parties my kids get invited to throughout the year. You can get $20 board games for $5, $15-20 Barbies for $4-5, Hot Wheels tracks that are normally $15-20 for less than $5. They have baby stuff, Dora / Diego toys, Sesame Street, Polly Pocket, Little People, Superman, Batman, Disney Cars. You can also print coupons off their website and look to see what their specials are each week. Here's the website
http://www.mattel.com/matteltoystore/index.asp
There is a coupon tab which will show you this month's coupons. Also, go to Locations to find the Fort Worth store. It'll give you a map and if you click on "calendar" what their weekly specials are for this week.

6-months ~ a small ball or play toy, even a bib. Are the toddlers old enough for little dolls or cars? Teenagers...songs on ITunes are .99 cents each! My son would be thrilled with $5 worth of ITune songs.

My ideas would be books, puzzles and/or gift cards.

I have a 13 yr old and gift cards are a favorite! She loves Starbucks, Pac Sun, Borders Books, Victoria's Secret, Sephora, Best Buy, etc.

For my nephews, I go for Dick's and Best Buy
