Thinking of doing this through a md's recomeendation. But also thinking of seeing what another Dermatologist thinks too before doing it. Just curious if anyone out there had any experience and what it was like. Any info would be nice to hear!
Thanks!

I'm in the middle of IPL treatments for hair removal (legs, underarms, navel, toes, everywhere!!) and just finished with the IPL photofacial treatments for my acne. I love it!!! I REALLY do not think it hurts much - feels like a rubber band snap. Ouch and its over. :) It may take a few more treatments for total acne removal... I have very mild acne (so my friends tell me, I think its horrible), and it definitely helps lessen the severity and frequency of the breakouts. I also began using the recommended skin care line (Obagi) and that really gave the results a huge boost too.

I had been dying to do the hair removal since I can remember, and my staff got me a package at Rajeunir med spa for Christmas. The results are awesome and totally amazing! I love the staff there, they are all dolls.

It is by far the priciest thing I've done "beauty" wise - no plastics for me (yet...). If its worth it to you, then you should go for it.

I actually perform IPL treatments in the medical office I work in (I am in Florida now, moving to Overland Park in 6 weeks) I have been doing them for 5 years and I tell my patients the main reason to have it done will be to help remove sun spots/sun damage to even the skin tone and improve rosacea and the broken capillaries or veins on the face. It does require multiple treatments. My patients will tell me they get the added benifit of improved skin texture, less acne breakout, and improved fine lines. It is not a treatment for deep wrinkles. It is very important to stay out of the sun before, during, and after IPL. IPL is dangerous on tanned or darker skin....plus if you spend the time, money, and go thru the discomfort (it does hurt), you will want to protect your investment and wear sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher with zinc or titanium dioxide)

Feel free to ask me any questions :)

Hi my name is T. Billington and I am a rep for BeautiControl. I have a mobile spa business. I have the same spa treatments and anti-aging products that you can get at your local spas for 1/3 of the cost. I know that you do not know me and you get bombarded with all of the other direct sales companies but I want to show you that I am different! I could help you a few ways one is I GUARANTEE ALL of my products if it does not work the way I tell you it should you get your money back from me no questions just good business, second I will send you free samples so you can try it before you would ever buy anything, third I promise that you will get the best service possible I own this business and this is how I support my family. You have nothing to lose also we have skin care that is comparable to high end department store. I can also set up appointments to do consultations for skin care, anti-aging, spa, and makeovers.

We have a great Acne Line I would love to be able to let you try.

I would love to help!
