Any Good Reccomendations on a Good Nursing Cover?

Just wondering if anyone knew of a good nursing cover? I'm looking for one, for a friend of mine who's expecting. When my daughter was still nursing, I just used a blanket to cover myself up...there's got to be a nice one out there right?

What can I do next?

Bebe au lait and hooter hiders are the same thing. It is great and highly recommended! I also use it as a light baby cover when carrying him in the Bjorn to keep the sun off.

I love my Hooter Hider...but they are a little costly considering how simple they are to make. My friend made mine for under $10 and it's great to be able to pick your own pattern!

"Hooter Hider"!!! It's great. They come in really fun colors and prints and are sooo helpful when breast feeding. You can find them at any nursing shop or even baby boutique.
Good luck,

I heartily second the Bebe Au Lait nursing cover - it has a stiff neck so that you can easily see how your baby is latching on and maintain eye contact. You can also buy it through www.buybuybuybaby.com.

I'm expecting my 3rd child any minute, literally, now. I nursed the first two without any special cover. I do think the Hooter Hider/Bebe au Lait is a great option. At $35 a pop, I think it's a bit pricey.
I went on ebay and there are many knock-offs that look identical. I ordered two from ____@____.com. I ordered them on Thursday or Friday (you can choose from many different patterns) and I received them on Monday; very nice and professional. But, there are many options, and cheaper than the Hooter Hider. I paid less than $32 for two and that included shipping.
good luck

Hi...I have the bebe au lait cover too. I think it's the same thing as the hooter hider people are talking about, they just changed the name. I do think it's the best one out there...still a pain in the rear tho, I hardly use mine any more.
