I live in Greenlawn & I'm looking for a M.'s club or playgroups for my almost 4yo daughter & 15mo old son. I joined a group in the fall but alot of their activities are always out east. Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

I belong to the South Huntington Mother's Center. We meet Thursday nights at 7 at the South Huntington library. We have a site on Yahoo groups and you can get more information about us at the library. We just started our new session, so you should come check us. Hope to see you there!
St. Patrick's Church in Huntington has a WONDERFUL Moms & Tots playgroup. It's FREE. They meet every Wednesday 10a-12p either @ the church(Main St) or they go on a "Field trip"which is always affordable. I went to this group for many years with my 3 boys. I have met the most caring & wonderful MOMS/friends threw this. You don't have to belong to the church to go
The Church # is ###-###-#### Call & ask where & when the next meeting is.... you never know you'll probably know someone there
A great place to just sit & talk to other Moms while the kids play. Ages birth to 5...

I live in Huntington and yes it is hard to find a playgroup. I wanted to suggest to you the mothers center in east northport. They sem to have alot going on.....I have a 3 year old and 9 month old......
Hi, I wanted to write back. I have a 3 1/2 yo daughter and an 11 month old little girl as well and live in Huntington and am also a stay-at-home M.. I joined the Northport Mother's Center (you can find their website online) but I sometimes struggle with their activities since many are in the late afternoon and my little one is napping, then dinner, etc. You may want to try them - they meet at a church on Pulaski Rd. If you would like tho', I'm looking for Moms who are interested in day-time/morning playdates.... maybe we could meet and perhaps find a friend for us and our children?
