No and I never would. The only way alli works is if you also eat right and exercise. Well... if you do that, you're going to lose weight anyway. So, what do you need the pills for? The only successful way that i have lost weight and kept it off is by counting calories. I lost 45 pounds in 2007 and have kept almost all of it off. I use a free website to help me - http://caloriecount.about.com/

Yes I took it for a few months last year and lost about 25 pounds. You do have to eat right and can't take the pill with any junk food. But the whole time I was taking it I never had any of the effects they talk about. If you watch what you eat and take it then yes you can loose weight. If you want to email me I can talk to you more about it.Good luck!

I have used it and did pretty good. I would have done better if I had had the time and motivation to exercise. It is not a quick fix. As long as you eat right you will not have the side effect, I never did unless I stupidly ate too much pizza after taking a pill. Since there is a fear of to not eat the wrong foods it aids in teaching to make the best decision. It is a great qay to get you started on the right track to makeing good decisions in terms of your food. Now if only it could get me motivated to work out after a hard day at work...LOL

I only need to lose about 10 lbs and have lost about 5. I have taken it for about 3 months. The claim is that you absorb around 25% less fat when you take the product.
I haven't experiend any ill side effects. No jitters, leakage, etc. But I also have to mention, that I already eat a fairly good diet. I just needed a little jumpstart.

This is not a "quick fix". I took it for several weeks, and you do have to eat right or you will have side effects. I am not disciplined enough, so I stopped taking it. I would recommend it if you have pretty good self discipline.

I have not tried Alli but some friends have and it did not do much for them. I have used the Shaklee Cinch diet and it is awesome!! It balances the system and and keeps the blood sugar from spiking so you don't get the cravings. It also gives you energy but does not make you anxious like some products. It comes with a 100% money back garantee so if it does not work for you you are not out anything except your time! I strongly recommend it. Here is a link www.cinchplan.com/getcleanlivegreen

Umm, I have not tried it but from what I have heard people say, I think it's the fear of eating that would make you loose weight. You have to be REALLY REALLY careful what you eat or you will have...how do you say....very unpleasant leakage. If you know what I mean.

i have no doubt that it "works", just like all the other weight loss quick fixes around. it has some rather unpleasant side effects and who knows what the long term side effects are? you couldn't pay me to put any of that in my body. i would rec seeing a physician to rule out medical problems, then a lifestyle change - good eating habits and exercise are the ONLY way to lose weight and keep it off long term. good luck!
