I have personally used Advocares products and I also was a dist. I stopped after my daughter was killed. I suffer from Migranes and I use the Spark and within 20 minutes my headache is gone. My daughter was ADD and she took the Spark which brought her grades up from C/D's to A/B's/. I also have used the weight loss products and I know they work. My sister is also using them and they are working wonderfully for her. I used it in college, and it was like I was on speed. I don't drink coffee or sodas, so the caffeine amount was a complete shock and overkill for my body. I was shaking non stop, couldn't get a thought straight in my head and was going 90 miles an hour. I've only tried the weight loss supplement, and it was several years ago, but it was a really bad experience. I've heard other people who've said good things about the detox drink, though.

I see that others have commented on the price you can become your own distrubutor and receive a discount on items that you purchase I cannot remember the exact price but can find out for you.

I have never used it, But I did go to their site and they are high priced. If you got the money then maybe. But if you don't I can tell you about some really good vitamins and other products.

I used Advocare a few years ago and lost about thirty pounds. I really liked it but it was way too expensive for me to keep using it. I'm sure that they have a whole lot of new products now. If you can afford it I would recommend them. Good luck to ya.

well i have used one of their products but the urologist i worked for that i trust with my life actually was a seller of the product.. It is a great more natural way to go.. he promoted the prostate formula and the womens hormone creams but the weight loss formulas also work well! good luck!

I love Spark! I have drank it on an almost daily basis for the last 5+ years.

Other that than and the cleanse, I dont use anything else. I do not know about the quality of their vitamins, but they are too expensive for me. I know a lot of atheletes use them, so maybe they are good.

A little pricey but worth it.

I never used it, but a lot of people at my old job did. They loved the stuff.
