I want to open a children store reselling brands such as carters, oshkosh, little me, etc. The store would be in Colombia so I dont worry for the competition but I really have no Idea how to buy like how many of each size, diversity etc. My store will be from newborns to 24 months. I also want to include small accessories like bottles, breastfeeding stuff and small toys.

What can I do next?

Sounds like a serious business planning question. You might see if there is an association for children's retailers. They'd probably be the best source of advice in this situation.

Bottles sell pretty good but they're cheap at Walmart and people just won't pay much for them unless they are super special.

Newborn clothes are nearly useless because the baby can't wear them more than once, maybe twice if no one likes the family and they don't get many gifts.

I'd order mostly 6 mo, 12 mo, and 24 mo. Most of us really don't buy new stuff every growth spurt and just use the 6 mo stuff until they go into the 12 mo. Then 18 mo stuff just doesn't get used for long either. A 24 mo will be able to be used for a good 6 months to 9 months depending on the climate zone.

If you were going to buy 4 sizes of stuff I'd buy newborn, 6 mo, 12 mo, 18 mo, and 24 mo.

Can you tour other comparable stores in the area and see what they carry on their shelves? If not, I recommend possibly buying a set number in each category, then seeing what your demand is.
i.e. 100 newborn neutral, 100 newborn boy, 100 newborn girl onsies. and so on up the line.

Good luck to you and yours,

Based on experience buying clothes for three kids, I would say you would need a lot more newborn to 12 month clothes as babies seem to go through outfits a lot more often. As my kids got older, I've bought less and less clothes. I would also look into the statistics of your area. Are there more boys than girls? This may help with what you buy.
