I have a 3 year old son and another one on the way...it seems to be that the only Pediatric office in the county is East Paulding Pediatrics. From previous bad experiances with my 3 year old, I will not be selecting this office. I moved my 3 year old to a doctor that came recommended in kennesaw, however the practice just recently closed. I didn't mind the practice but really disliked the drive...felt horrible making a sick child suffer through an hours drive..can anyone please recommend a pediatrician in the area or perhaps even a family practioner. I'm not due for a while but really want to begin the looking process and really feel there is a lack of decent healthcare in Paulding.. Thank you so much.
Thank you sooo much for your help ladies. I never knew there where so many pediatricians on dallas highway which is really a much better drive. I guess because they are satellite offices for a lot so when you search the insurance books etc. they are not listed as Dallas highway. I really appreciate the help, I am going to schedule some appointments, thanks again.

I live in Dallas but, I go to the Powder Springs location, which is 3 miles outside of Dallas on Dallas Hwy.
I get quick call backs on the weekends, I easily schedule sick visits and all of the female practioners have been friendly and knowlegable. - (have not seen any of the male docs)

I can recommend 2 pediatricians. We go to Cobb Peds. They two offices. One address is in Powder Springs and one in Dallas. Both are located off of Dallas Hwy about 10 minutes apart. We go to the Dallas office.###-###-####. It is a large practice, which I have had to get used to. The good thing is you can always get an appt. If you call in the morning with a sick child you can get in that afternoon. At least I always have. And you can request whom ever you want once you find who you like. I like seeing nurse practitioner Becky. I also have friends who go there. We go there now because we had an insurance change. We used to go to West Cobb Peds also off of Dallas Hwy. I liked Dr. Young and the lady Doctor there, I can't remember her name. I didn't care for Doctor Carter so much.

Hi E.. Sorry for your bad experience. I live in Dallas and I have two kids 3 1/2 and 3 months and take both of my kids to Cobb Pediatrics on 120 near the Publix at Lost Mountain. I see nurse Practitioner Julie. She is the best. She sits and listens to ALL of my questions, even if I feel they are a little silly. Even though I have a 3 1/2 year old, I forgot some things that she has to remind me of. Their number is ###-###-####. Good luck with your search!!!
I live in Paulding County and I use West Atlanta Pediatrics (Dr. Steven Carter) and I LOVE it! Also many of my girlfriends use Cobb Pediatrics and they love it their too! They are both off Dallas Hwy (Hwy 120)......

Hello! You could try (Wellstar) West Cobb Medical Center Pediatrics. They are on 120 (Dallas Hwy) just up from The Avenue behind the Dairy Queen. We followed our very old-school doctor there and then he retired. We have been seeing Dr. Daniel Saad (sounds like Sade) and have been pretty happy with him. Of course, I have been blessed with pretty healthy children, so we have only seen him a couple of times. Now that my children are a little older, I plan to switch everyone to a family practitioner, Dr. William Kriegel, at the same location. Dr. Saad's number is ###-###-#### and Dr. Kriegel's number is ###-###-####, just in case you decide to call either of these doctors. Good luck!
Kennesaw Pediatrics is a great practice in the Kennesaw area. Have liked all the doctors we have interacted with and had a very good overall experience. their website is www.kennesawpediatrics.com. They give office tours where us meet a doc and chat with them. We are pleased there
