Any suggestions on what to give a precious two year old little girl?? Im pretty sure she would like a toy of some sort because she's always receiving clothing, like last year when she turned one and for christmas, also so I would like to get her something really nice. Your suggestions would be great.

What can I do next?

For little girls I look for one of the following. If they are 6 months to 2 years I get them Water Babies. I never fill them up with water like to instructions say, I fill them up with air so they are light, easy to handle and great to chew on for tiny ones. Next for 1 year and up we call them "fat babies" but their real name is something like Lots to love. They are all plastic and have the same fat rolls real babies have that make them so cute. If I can find them, they are usually hard to find, I buy the babies that come with a magnetic pacifier. My girls loved having pacifiers that really stay in the babies mouth.

Accessories: bottle, receiving blanket, stroller. For that age, nothing fancy but they love pushing the stroller and they know babies need to eat so a bottle is important.

I am a 41 year old mother of 3 wonderful girls. 22, 18 and a suprize 2 year old. As far as gifts I love and my girls love, I recomend something like My Little Pony, or a really cool activity book. My girls love animals and it seems to be the right size without too many small pieces. My two year old likes to take hers in the bath and pretends quite a bit with the ponies. She also loves to participate in the book reading at this age.
good luck.

Dress up set might be nice. I have a 2 1/2 year old that loves her to dress up along with her sister. Also anything with a microphone, at that age they like to sing and dance and perform. Also princess or dora building blocks. This increases their motor skills and encourages them to build and use their imagination. Hope this helps.

A., Kids (both girls and boys) love play-doh. They sell nice sets now with all kinds of fun stuff to do for either sex. Also there are educational and fun board games out now for little ones like Candy Land Castle, and Leap Frog makes the cutest singing frog named Lilly that sings in both English and Spanish. Teaching them how to count and also their colors, and Lilly is geared tword girls. Good luck!

Oh A., I am shocked that no one has suggested a baby doll! I am 41 yrs old and have loved dolls all my life - one of the greatest parts of my childhood that I never grew out of. Kids this age (2 yrs) love baby dolls - prolly becuase they seem to now have a fascination with other babies. Music and books are excellent choices too, but, having been a girly girl all my life, I'd go with a soft rubber bodied, dressable baby doll. She'll adore it, really she will. Good luck with whatever you decide to get her. She'll probably be more amused at the paper and ribbon at first.... : )

Hi, I like to give books and DVD's. One suggestions is sometimes available as a set, and is usually a little one's favorite between 2 and 3. It is Once Upon a Potty, by Anna Frankel (anatomically correct for girls or boys). The book is the most important because they carry it everywhere and is best introduced way before potty training starts. The set often contains an anatomically correct doll, too. Good luck! Grams

When my daughter was two, she was really into "Dressing Up". She loved hats....play wigs......purses......heels.....jewlery.....and her all time favorite; anything that made her look and feel like a Princess.

Also, art supplies are always good for this age.
