We're doing a 2nd birthday party for our daughter at our house. We are renting a bounce house and grilling hot dogs and sausages, and maybe some water games outside since her birthday is in July. Low key, but still fun! For our soon-to-be 4 year old, we are doing a pool party at the Keller Pointe in August.

Hope this helps!

I had my daughters 2nd bday at Let's Jump. www.lets-jump.com. It was GREAT! Anyone under 2 and anyone over 18 are free and parents can join right in too. It kept EVERYONE entertained and having fun and I got to have fun right along with my daughter and enjoy the party instead of having to entertain everyone. They even provide invitations if you want to use them, give the bday person a shirt, and you can order food too if you want. They even wrote down who gave them what gifts for me and set up and cleaned up for me. I didnt have to do anything besides enjoy the party with my daughter. The total party lasts 2 hours and 15 minutes for the price you you pay as well and all the kids will sleep VERY well that night too! lol. they even provide a rolling cart to roll out all the bday loot to your car in one trip! Its awesome! Thinking about doing it again this year actually.

I just had my 1 yr old's bday party at our house. I had a "mexican fiesta" theme with pinata, mexican music, mexican food, sombreros for the kids, etc. Wherever you have your party, I highly recommend Razzle Dazzle the clown. She was fantastic!
Her rate is about $130 for an hour.

We did Elmo's world- I had the kids play stick the nose on elmo, blew up a poster of Cookie Monster that they colored, had an Elmo pinata and they had Elmo cupcakes. I did this outside on the 1 day in May it didn't rain- we had lots of balloons & snacks. Party places have cute Sesame Street stuff. I thought about renting- Elmo-- Aaron- but he was a little pricey.
