Does anyone have an opinion on whether prescription prenatal vitamins are better than over the counter??

- According to my OB, OTC are just as good as prescriptions, but like the other mom said. Go with what's cheaper.
- Prescription prenatals made me so sick and my doctor said that the over the counter pills were exactly the same... even recommended Flinstone Vitamins to take!
