The seed my son swallowed was not huge, but it wasn't small either. He wanted to get the last little fruit pulp out of the seed... Oops!

- I agree it should pass out of the system.. as one of my kids swollen a peach seed, and it did pass.. if tummy starts hurting, or it doesn't pass, call your dr then.
