- I am not sure what color finish your wood is, but if it is a darker finish you can use Old English furniture polish. It works so good-we have darker wood and I use it...
- You can try actually rubbing some mayonnaise on them.... or for something more intensive, use a high grit sand paper to remove it till it's gone and then repolyuretha...
- Try mayo. Sounds crazy but it works on wood. Put a generous helping on the spot and let it sit for several hours if needed longer. My MIL taught me this and it work...
