Has anyone used any Jillian Michaels workout dvds? I'm curious but don't know much about them! I like to get feedback before I get any!

- I have one of her dvd's and it's great! She works different muscles at the same time throughout the whole thing so you get a great workout in half the time.
- I have the 30-day shred too! I'll tell you what... She works you. You'll feel it!! But after about 4 days I felt great!
- I have the 30 day shred and LOVE it. She really kicks your butt. :) I also have two of the biggest loser workout dvds too and like those as well.
