- I haven't used this product, but you might find something out by reading reviews on Amazon, eBay, etc. Good luck.
- Press down and turn. There is arrows that show you which direction. Good luck!
- Pushing down and twisting is the correct way to do it. My son colors with his everyday, so I've done it a lot. I've already had to refill them too. Good luck!
