Has anyone experienced a light-headed feeling and all over pins and needles sensation after taking fenugreek? Is this a normal reaction to the herb? Thanks!

- It shouldn't cause that reaction. Where did you purchase it? Go to the health food store or call them and discuss with one of the herbalists.
- I didn't notice any side effects, but everyone's body handles things differently! Are you sure it's from that?
- I've used Fenugreek while breastfeeding and still take it from time to time even though I'm no longer lactating. I've never experienced your symptoms.
